Thanks for keeping this very useful tool up to date. I was able to manually upgrade it and works just as well as before.
Just fyi, firefox 3.0 or 3.5 didn't detect that the newer 0.4.2 addon version was available before or after upgrade, so a manual addon upgrade was required.
